The show from Idaho

Well hello wartje's,

Here's the scoop from the states. As you know its an exciting time of
Sports with the Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Wow to watch the Dutch and Skating....
Van Velde and Boss "ROCK!". Most of the Vanderwiel/ Alves family tune in to the TV regularly to
see the games.

Apparently inspired by the Native American (Indian) opening cerimony,
Pete Alves decided to try out for the over 5,000 volunteers who
performed at the event. Pete felt he was perfect for the role
of "little big Man" however the IOC (International Olympic Committee)
felt Pete's name didnt fit this years theme. Oh well, there's always 2006.






                                         Jackie Alves is also excited about Olympics and decided to hit the                                                              Mountain with Dad (Glenn Alves).


Word has it that on the "fitness" craze going on out here in the states,
that Marc Vanderwiel plans to make a run at professional body building.
Here's a recent shot of his progress to date- ha ha.

On the Alves front jackie still believes that Snow White
has blond hair (you know snow "WHITE"), so she to
heads for hollywood! Well, mabye she's really just
heading to Oma & Opa' Alves for more chocolate.

She needed to wait untill she was three years old to go to Hollywood (ha ha) however and Mom
(Julie Alves) made sure everyone was aware.
